Missions

At Chamberlayne Baptist Church we want to participate in God's mission in the world. We believe that God is on the move and we want to join in.

We have several groups that help lead these projects:

1) Our women's mission group called TLC (Time, Love and Care): This group takes the lead on local projects through the Richmond Baptist Association. They also assist the church with caring for members in need.

2) Our Refugee Ministry Team: This group assists the Virginia Council of Churches with resettlement of refugees living in Richmond.

3) Our Sunday School Classes: Our Sunday School classes are the main hub of mission projects in the church. Each sunday school class helps feed the men's homeless shelter each month among other projects.

4) Our youth and children: we believe that we can all work together and children and youth are included in our mission projects.
